You can check out the full patch notes for Mortal Kombat 11 below. Mortal Kombat 11's Switch version just received an update a few days ago that brought it in line with where the PS4 and Xbox versions were on day one though they'll likely need to wait until at least next week to see the benefits of this newest patch. The new update also corrects some listings of frame data and move lists as well as attempts to fix many of MK11's glitches and crashes that have been affecting the game since launch. Players will also earn increased amounts of Koins and Hearts for playing and completing Towers. Enemy AI has been toned down, freezing modifiers have been weakened, many modifiers have been removed from Daily Towers and bugs were fixed among other changes. A large list of changes were implemented specifically for MK11's Towers of Time which is meant to serve as one of the game's main ways of earning currency and unlocking gear with most adjustments making the mode easier for players and more rewarding. Mortal Kombat 11 has been out in the wild for a week now, and while most players have been having fun with the core gameplay and aspects of the title, many - including the developers themselves - were quick to take notice of problems with its Towers and gear unlocks. Story progress is pretty much the only thing that saves offline.Īlso the Switch version appears to be running at a very low blurry resolution but it does run fairly fluidly so I guess that's a plus. You can't unlock anything or save anything you've earned in the game without being online connected to Nintendo and Netherrealm servers. Gotta be honest I'm kinda let down by this game.
